Ruukki Group’s house building operations are located in northern Finland. The business comprises the manufacture and delivery of prefabricated houses.
The house building segment manufactures wood-framed ready-to-move-in houses as turnkey deliveries to Finnish households, and is one of the pioneers and key players in its market niche. The house models are designed in Oulunsalo with a wide variety of various house types. The wooden elements for the houses are produced at the Nivala element factory. Moreover, the Group has in-house electro-technical design and implementation as well as heating, plumbing and air-conditioning services in Ii.
