Ruukki’s house building business manufactures wood-framed ready-to-move-in detached houses.
The Group has a wide variety of houses with 28 different house types. Design-houses can be custom-designed to meet the customers’ demands. All the Group’s house types are low-energy houses i.e. they consume half of the heating energy of a house meeting the normal regulation at the most.
The annual volume of house deliveries depends to significant effect on general market development but has been over the past few years in the range of 300–500 units.
