Wood Processing organisation
Ruukki Group Plc published in May 2009 that it has started processes in order to demerge its Minerals and Wood Processing businesses during 2010. As part of this process, an operative management team has been appointed to Ruukki Yhtiöt Oy, the subsidiary which will become the parent company for all the Wood Processing assets of the Group.
